What I really like about them is they come already assembled and its so easy to use. This fits most standard door frame and its so quick and easy to put on and take off. Compared to most other pull up bars I used, these are the ones I like the most. So far it doesn't cause any issues with my door frames and its small and portable so I can take it anywhere.

These are great to combine with your workouts to work on that upper body! You can even do ab workouts with them by doing leg raises. Plus its small but durable and it makes an awesome addition to your home gym!
